Rudy Paiz created Structure Builders in 1994. He was first introduced to the business as a child by his father who was a master contractor for many years. Rudy joined the Air Force but never lost his love for the home improvement business. He felt the need to serve his community by helping homeowners in his neighborhood update their house, adding to the curb appeal of the street, and San Antonio as a whole. His Passion has since grown all over South Texas.

Dora started with Structure Builders in November 2021 to begin her training. During this role Dora learned the importance of being present with every homeowner and giving them the personal attention needed in helping make their dreams come true. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of maintaining a schedule and communication. She makes it a personal goal to exceed every aspect of our homeowner’s best interest as well as maintaining an enjoyable work environment for our dedicated team members on the job site.

Jessica Jones has been a key team member with Structure Builders since 2008. Starting out as a receptionist, she quickly learned the business and how to lead our Structure Builders team to the top. Her top priority is making sure our customers are completely satisfied with the process of our business from start to finish. Jessica has also been nominated onto the NARI board. Where we know she will be a key member with the program. Personal Note: Jessica is a Cub Scout Master, Little League Coach, and a Basketball Coach. She is the proud parent of 3 boys.

Eddie has been a key rep with Structure Builders since 2010. His pleasant demeanor and construction knowledge makes him the best choice to represent homeowners needs. He is also bilingual. Eddie grew up in San Antonio and his favorite vacation spot is our very own Corpus Christi Coast. He enjoys fishing and relaxing on the beach.

Kathy is the newest member of our Structure Builders Team starting this 2021. She immediately became part of the family. She has a great "Can Do" Attitude and Amazing Work Ethic. Her ability to understand others needs and multitask makes her the perfect representative for not only our Team Members but our wonderful Homeowners as well. Kathy is a mother of 4 awesome kids and a volunteer for her local scout troop and little league.

Odon has been a key member of Structure Builders since 2004. He excels in new customer relations and positivity. Odon has great communication skills and thrives at scheduling customers that best fits their daily lives.

Yvonne is our newest addition to the Structure Builder family. She is a Corpus Christi native with a passion for home renovation. She has an eye for color as well as functionality for any living space. Her key goal is to work with home-owners to bring their ideas to life. Her attention to detail is her strength. Yvonne loves to give back to the community and is an active member of organizations that work to end homelessness.

Cody is the newest member to the Structure Builders Team, starting this 2020 year. Cody went to A&M Kingsville where he received his bachelor's degree in Business Management. He has been in the construction field for over 5 years and loves helping our customers design their dream while providing the best quality of service possible. His attention to detail and enthusiasm makes him a great asset to the Structure Builders Team.

Jose Luis Neri has been working with Structure Builders since 2005. He is very skilled in his trade. Always passing his engineering reports and inspections with flying colors. We are proud to have him as a valued team member.

Enrique has been with Structure Builders since 2005. Enrique is a great asset for Structure Builders. Customers appreciate his professionalism and friendly character. Enrique is one of kind and we are proud to have him on our team!

Hector Garcia has been a valued team member since 2005. He is a true craftsman and can build anything from the ground up. We appreciate his dedication and skill. Structure Builders is proud to have Hector on our team!

Tony has been a siding specialist with Structure Builders since 2013. He and his valued team mate Coco have been keeping up to date with our James Hardie Guidelines to ensure our customers are getting the care and proper installation they deserve.

Juan Sanchez has been a Master Carpenter for many years. He has been custom building cabinets for Structure Builders since the beginning in 1994. We are proud to have his skills on our team!

Mike has been setting tile for Structure Builders since 2015. Our customers really appreciate his attention to detail and punctuality.
